Susie (Susan), Dana and Tim play a crucial role in the day to day operations for University Catering. Their roles are diverse yet they come together to provide a wonderful event experience to our guests. Susie is the backbone for the kitchen. Her primary responsibilities include organizing food production for the culinary team. In addition, Susie also procures ingredients for menu items. Dana trains all new Event Coordinators properly to the University's standards. In addition, Dana is extremely resourceful and wears many hats during events to ensure great guest experience.Tim is responsible for all trucking related activities for University Catering and Campus Dining as a whole. Tim plans deliveries so that all units on campus receive their goods in a timely manner.
