Katharine (Kat) Lyvers has been with Campus Dining since 2012. Kat started as a manager at Recker's, and after two years, moved into a management role at Legends of Notre Dame. In 2017, Kat was promoted to Operations Manager at the Huddle.
Kat is an exceptional learner and a results-focused leader. She is a problem solver that is able to simplify complex issues, and obtain positive results as challenges arise. She has also been recently added to the Campus Dining Safety Coordinators team focused on educating and identifying safety concerns and preventing injuries within the department.
While working full time, raising a family, and running her own business, Kat is also currently pursing her Master's degree in hospitality through Purdue University. In November of 2017, Kat was nominated and recognized at the Indiana Restaurant & Lodging Association "Stars of the Industry" Awards for Restaurant Manager of the Year.
