Together Let's Champion a Better Work Environment

At the 2017 Fall Open Forum, staff of all levels of Auxiliary Operations were encouraged to champion a better working environment by working together. This theme is a result of the meetings of nineteen action plan committees from the units of Auxiliary Operations with Dave Harr, Associate Vice President, after the NDVoice survey. Safety, communication, mutual respect, and fairness were emphasized as elements of a better workplace to be championed. Between now and January of 2019, when the next NDVoice survey will be given, Dave Harr will meet with the nineteen committees three more times to provide support and assist with the implementation of their customized plans.…

Campus Dining Updates Meal Plan Policies

Campus Dining implemented the following meal plan policies at the beginning of the 2017-18 academic year. 

Resident Meal Plans
The resident student, on-campus meal plans (Gold, Blue and Green) are provided as part of each semester’s room and board fee and are intended for personal use only.  Each resident is permitted up to five (5) guest meals per semester which must be redeemed at the cash register.  These meals are complimentary. Residents may purchase meals at a 15% discount using FLEX

Staff Volunteers at Food Bank

Staff of Auxiliary Operations at Food Bank of Northern Indiana

Ten members of the staff of Auxiliary Operations, including Associate Vice President, David Harr, volunteered at the Food Bank of Northern Indiana on the morning of Thursday, March 16.  The Food Bank strives to alleviate hunger in Elkhart, Kosciusko, LaPorte, Marshall, Starke, and St. Joseph counties and serves over 1,000,000 residents.
