Manager, Cedar Grove Cemetery
"I started as a groundskeeper at Notre Dame's Cedar Grove Cemetery. I was looking for someplace where I could work long-term and get good benefits. During my time here, I have moved up from groundskeeper to crew leader to sexton to manager of Cedar Grove. With encouragement from the University, I have furthered my education and developed my leadership skills. Two years ago, I received my designation as a Certified Catholic Cemetery Executive. I am also very grateful and proud to say my daughter, a sophomore at Loyola University in Chicago, is receiving Notre Dame's educational benefit for faculty/staff children."

"There aren't many places that could entice my wife and me to uproot our family in the middle of winter and relocate to a colder climate, but then again, there aren't many places like Notre Dame. Started my career at Notre Dame nine years ago as Assistant Director of Residence Life and Housing in the Office of Student Affairs; Joined the division of Auxiliary Operations four years ago as Senior Business Analyst; Was promoted January 1, 2016 to Senior Technology & Business Specialist; Was promoted February 19, 2018 to a position within the Office of Information Technology.
